Muse Teases New “Metal” Song

During an Instagram Live session from earlier this week, Muse vocalist Matt Bellamy shared a snippet of new music that has a notably harder sound than fans are used to.

“Guys, we getting metal Muse,” a fan wrote alongside a clip from the live stream featuring Bellamy and his son headbanging to the new tune.

No official title, or any further details regarding the song, have been revealed. But, that hasn’t stopped Muse fans from already being in full support of a newer sound.

“I started writing when all the protests and all the chaos were kicking off,” revealed Bellamy last year about his songwriting endeavors. “It’s a weird thing to say but it suits the music I write. It keeps you a little bit on edge.”
