“Megan Thee Mf Stallion aka the mf Htown Hottie is graduating dec 11th from TEXAS SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY now go and talk abt that !” rap queen Megan Thee Stallion wrote on Instagram this week, sharing with fans and followers that she will soon be graduating with her bachelor’s degree in health administration come the beginning of December.
To celebrate her big accomplishment, the “Hot Girl Summer” musician will be hosting a hometown Houston show on December 3rd, just a week before receiving her diploma.
In a recent interview, Megan shared that she continued to pursue her degree alongside her rapidly growing success as a rapper because she wanted to uphold the same hard-working drive as her mother and grandmothers.
“I’ve always seen strong women making it work, so I’ve always wanted to have that same drive the women in my family have. I know I get a lot of my strength from my mother and both of my grandmothers,” she said. “I’m doing it for me, but I’m also doing it for the women in my family who made me who I am today.”
