Catch Beyoncé’s New Song in “King Richard” Trailer

King Richard, the upcoming biopic about Venus and Serena Williams’ father, just had a trailer released featuring a brand new song from Beyoncé called “Be Alive.”

The song, with its emotional and powerful lyrics about living with pride, is interspersed in the three-minute trailer, with Will Smith starring as Richard Williams and young Venus and Serena, played by Saniyya Sidney and Demi Singleton, respectively.

“It feels so good to be alive / That’s why I live my life with pride,” Queen Bey sings. “Do you know how much we have pride? / How hard we have to try?”

King Richard, the story of two of the most talented tennis players being raised by an undeterred father [with a] relentless drive and unapologetic vision” will land in theaters and HBO Max on November 19th.
