Phoenix Mercury Even With Chicago Sky, 1-1

The Women’s NBA finals have been taking place, and the Phoenix Mercury evened the series against the Chicago Sky 1-1 with a victory on Wednesday night. Center, Brittney Griner, led the Mercury as their top scorer with 29 points, in the 91-86 overtime victory.

Game 3 of the WNBA finals tips off on Friday night when the Phoenix Mercury fly to Chicago as the Sky will be at home for the next two games. Both teams hope to win the next two games to avoid a dramatic Game 5 in Phoenix.
