2016’s Top Earning Artists!

2016 has come and gone, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look back at what a great year it was for music! There were so many big hits and so many great tours. Both of these made some big money for the artists involved. Billboard has taken a look at this very thing and come out with a large list of earning money.

The top earner was Beyonce with $62.1 million generated through sales, touring, publishing and streaming. Two classic rock artists follow her on the chart before seeing Drake and Adele round out the top five. These two were neck and neck with $37.3 and $37.0 million being brought in amongst the both of them. How about taking a look at the entire top 10 list…
